CAN I RETURN MY JEWELERY?

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return your purchase for a refund within 15 days of receipt of purchase. Email us at monika.yzchaki@gmail.com to get a return authorization number. Read Details

 

HOW QUICKLY WILL I RECEIVE MY JEWELERY?

We know you are anxious. Orders will be processed and shipped within 3 business days of placing your order International orders vary based on local customs procedures.

 

DO YOU OFFER GIFT WRAP?

There is no need to select gift wrap when ordering from MY -MONIKA YZCHAKI as we gift wrap every single order. Most pieces will arrive in our signature box with a bow, over-sized pieces that do not fit in our box will still come gift wrapped with our logo and bow.

If ordering a gift you will have the option of adding a gift message at check out and we will not include the prices on the order form sent with the package.

 

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

We currently accept payment by Paypal only for all orders at our online jewelry boutique.

 

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DOESMY -MONIKA YZCHAKI  ACCEPT? 
We accept VISA, Mastercard, Delta, American Express, Diners and Switch debit or credit cards.

 

 

HOW WILL I KNOW IF YOU HAVE RECEIVED MY ORDER? 
After you place your order, you will receive an e-mail from us acknowledging that you order has been received, this however does not mean that we have accepted your order, only after your credit/debit card details have been approved, the delivery address has been verified and the item(s) located, will your order be accepted and the item(s) shipped. Should any of the item(s) you have ordered be unavailable you will be quickly informed of the out of stock piece(s) and your payment for the item(s) will be refunded.

 

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER? 
Yes, we usually despatch all our item(s) using Royal Mail Special Delivery services within 3 working days of the order being accepted. If you want to track this we can provide you with the receipt reference which you can use on the Royal Mail’s website (www.royalmail.com) to monitor your delivery status.

 

HOW MUCH ARE SHIPPING COSTS? 
MY- MONIKA YZCHAKI provides free shipping within the U.K. for all orders over £150.00, for any order which is less than this a charge of £7.50 is added onto the order total. For deliveries to E.U. countries other than the U.K. a charge of £10.00 is added on, for countries outside of the E.U. a charge of £15.00 is added on.

 

WILL THERE BE ADDITIONAL DUTIES OR TAXES PAYABLE ON MY PURCHASE? 
 You are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to. If you return the items you ordered, you will be able to claim back any import duties or customs, we are happy to assist you if you have further questions. Please note that when shipping products internationally, you should be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.

 

IS MY PERSONAL INFORMATION KEPT PRIVATE? 
Please be assured that we consider all of the information you share with us to be totally private and confidential. At no point will we share, rent or sell your personal information without your consent, for further information please read our privacy policy.

 MY- MONIKA YZCHAKI does not use cookies at the moment but reserves the right of use in the future. Your privacy policy will be protected and the information will be used to improve the running order of the site, functionality and content.
